A clear agreement

These terms apply when you use the Sequence website, contact us about work, enter a project agreement, or purchase a digital product. A proposal, statement of work, licence, invoice, or signed agreement may add project-specific terms. If a project document conflicts with these general terms, the project document controls for that project.

Website use

You may browse, share links to public pages, and use the website for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with the site’s operation, bypass access controls, scrape it at a harmful scale, misrepresent Sequence content as your own, or use the site to distribute unlawful, deceptive, or malicious material.

Creative services

The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, included revision rounds, and responsibilities for client work are defined in the accepted proposal or statement of work. Estimates rely on the information available at the time. New deliverables, extra versions, delayed feedback, changed locations, reshoots, or a new creative direction may require a revised fee and schedule.

What keeps a project moving

• You provide accurate information, timely approvals, authorised brand assets, access, and one clear decision-making contact unless we agree otherwise.

• Sequence provides the agreed creative and production services with reasonable skill, communicates material schedule changes, and delivers in the formats listed in the project documents.

• Feedback should be consolidated and sent within the agreed review window. Silence is not automatically approval unless the project agreement says it is.

• Dates depending on client feedback, access, permits, talent, weather, or third parties may move when those inputs move.

Fees, deposits, and expenses

Invoices are payable according to the stated terms. A deposit or booking payment may be required before dates or resources are reserved. Approved production expenses, travel, licences, rentals, talent, locations, shipping, and third-party costs may be billed separately. Late payments may pause work, delivery, usage rights, or future bookings where the project agreement allows.

Ownership and usage

Each project agreement identifies what rights transfer and when. Unless expressly agreed, Sequence retains ownership of working files, methods, templates, unused concepts, tools, and pre-existing materials. Client usage rights normally begin after full payment. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Sequence may show completed public work in a portfolio unless confidentiality, an embargo, or the project agreement says otherwise.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for materials, claims, trademarks, people, locations, data, and instructions you provide. We may refuse or pause work that appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or outside the agreed scope.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. Product pages describe compatibility and included files; the Digital Product License explains permitted use. You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase and keeping your own backup after download.

No guaranteed outcome

We aim for thoughtful work and a reliable process, but creative performance depends on many things outside our control, including media spend, distribution, audience, platform changes, client implementation, and market conditions. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, we do not guarantee views, sales, awards, rankings, or a specific commercial result.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from these terms. Sequence’s total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service or product, except where a limitation is not legally permitted. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end a project as allowed by its agreement. Amounts already earned, committed third-party costs, cancellation fees, confidentiality duties, payment obligations, and intellectual-property provisions may survive termination. We may restrict site or product access for serious misuse, infringement, fraud, or security risk.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place where Sequence is established, unless a written agreement validly chooses another law. We may update these website terms for future use; active signed projects remain governed by their accepted documents. Questions can be sent through the contact page or to videopros@email.com.
